We believe women flourish in community, when we sit at tables, open Scripture, share stories, and walk alongside one another through every season of life.
Our women’s ministry is built around three intentional rhythms throughout the year, creating space for connection, growth, and leadership.
Small Groups
Small Groups are the heartbeat of Motivation Church and Motivation Women. These groups are designed to create consistent, meaningful community where women can grow in their faith and build authentic relationships.
What to expect
8-week groups offered three times a year
Scripture-based discussions and practical application
Groups hosted in homes, coffee shops, or church spaces

We believe God uses women to lead women
You don’t have to have it all together to lead, just a willing heart
Groups are open to everyone, and inviting others is part of the culture

Tables
Tables are intentional, slower-paced gatherings designed to create space for conversation, reflection, and connection.
These seasonal gatherings happen around tables, literally where women share a meal, workthrough a short study, and engage in guided discussion circles.
Tables are perfect for women who want meaningful connection and for inviting friends intocommunity.

SHE NIGHT
Our annual Women’s Conference is a powerful, faith-filled gathering for women in our church and our wider community.
This is a moment to pause, worship together, be encouraged, and leave renewed with vision forwhat God is doing in and through women.
